Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from engineering and procurement teams specifying custom lithium battery packs.

What is the typical MOQ for custom lithium battery packs?

MOQs vary by chemistry and format. We support low-volume prototyping and scale up to mass production; exact minimums are confirmed after we review your specification.

How long does prototyping and sampling take?

Typical sampling runs from a few weeks for standard configurations to longer for fully custom enclosures and certified builds. We provide a timeline after the design review.

Which certifications can you provide?

We build to UN38.3, CE, UL and IEC 62133 requirements and supply test reports and documentation for export. See our certification guide for details.

Can you match a specific cell chemistry (LiFePO4, NMC, LiPo)?

Yes. We engineer packs using LiFePO4, NMC and LiPo cells and help you select the right chemistry for energy density, safety and cycle-life targets.

Do you provide the BMS and battery management?

Yes. We design and integrate smart BMS with balancing, protection and communication (SMBus/I2C/CAN) as part of the custom pack.

What documentation is included with each order?

Each order ships with specifications, test reports, UN38.3 documentation where applicable, and traceability records by batch.

Can you ship batteries internationally (air/sea)?

Yes, subject to Dangerous Goods regulations. We prepare the required transport documentation for compliant air and sea freight.

Do you support NDA and IP protection?

Yes. We sign NDAs and treat customer designs as confidential, never reused for other clients.

How do I start a custom battery project?

Share your voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector and certification requirements via our contact page, and our engineers will respond with a feasible design and quote.
